Peace of mind with Orbital.Warranty
Orbital offers a 10-year warranty for Orbital Shower and a 2-year warranty for Orbital Tap. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. It does not apply to issues arising from customer-provided materials or specific designs, improper use, or long periods of inactivity. The warranty excludes damage due to incorrect installation, unsuitable conditions, or use in unconventional environments like boats or camper vans. Unauthorized repairs, use of non-original parts, and neglecting recommended maintenance also void the warranty.
Orbital Care Plan
Orbital Care Plan is included with every purchase of Orbital Shower. It's a comprehensive support package offering up to 10 years of reliable coverage.
Care Plan goes beyond standard warranty protection by including free consumables (up to 12 filters & 40 cleaning tablets per unit and year), so you don’t have to worry about additional costs. It also provides ongoing system optimization, ensuring efficient water recirculation and maintaining peak performance.
Care Plan keeps your shower running smoothly, so you can continue to benefit from its efficiency and reliability for a full decade.
Service & assistance
If you have any questions or inquires our team is always there to assist you in any way possible. Simply fill out the support form or contact us through My Water app. All issues are sent to our technical support team, the product’s connected features enable remote troubleshooting and analysis. This allows us to quickly pinpoint the problem and determine the best solution.
If the issue can’t be fixed remotely, Orbital will send a local service partner to address the problem on-site. Our goal is to get your product back to full function as quickly and efficiently as possible.
