It is important that each installation is planned properly. This is done to make sure that the installation requirements are fulfilled, but also to optimize the bathroom space to get the most out of your system.

2. Purchase & Delivery
You can purchase your Orbital directly through our website, at one of our retailers or through your installer. When placing your order, a qualification document needs to be approved before the delivery is sent. This is to make sure that your installation will be a success.
Estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks. An invoice is sent after you have received your product.
3. Installation
Orbital Shower's installation is a three-step process involving a Fixture Installation, Technology Installation and Shower Activation.
Orbital Tap's installation is a single-step process.
4. Savings time
Our user guides will give you all the information you need to get started with your Orbital Shower and Orbital Tap.
