Update 2.8.1
No connection to cloud
Shower doesn't have a connection to OS cloud services, you won't be able to see your savings or the shower status.
Solution: Check your wi-fi connection, if your internet is working the connection will be soon renewed.
Change filter
The filter is at the end of its lifetime, by collecting particles, by reaching maximum number of shower sessions or it's simply expired.
Solution: Change the filter capsule as in the user manual or in this video guide.
Change UV lamp
The effectiveness of the. UV is decreasing. This is important to continue full purification and removing bacteria from the shower water.
Solution: Inspect the UV lamp and see if it needs to be changed or the glass container needs to be cleaned. Watch how to change the UV lamp.
Run cleaning program
Too long time has passed since the last cleaning program.
Solution: The cleaning program needs to be run regularly every 20 shower sessions using a cleaning tablet. See our video guide.
Clean sensor tank
The drain has accumulated hair and larger particles.
Solution: The shower floor and drain need to be cleaned regularly for the best sensor performance.
