Orbital Shower updates here. 

Update 2.8.1

The Orbital Shower got new helping icons that will make your Orbital Care even smoother.

No connection to cloud

The Orbital Shower doesn't have a connection to the Orbital Systems Cloud service. Savings, status and remote troubleshooting is unavailable.

Solution: If you just installed your Orbital Shower, please download the Orbital Systems app to connect it to your wi-fi.

If your Orbital Shower has been connected to the internet previously, please double check that your wi-fi and internet connection are still functioning properly. Contact Customer support if the icon remains.

Change filter

The filter capsule is at the end of its lifetime and needs to be replaced.

Solution: Change the filter capsule. Instructions can be found in the User Guide.

Low UV dosage

The UV radiation in the shower has decreased and is not up to par with the required dosage.

Solution: Start with running a cleaning program to remove any limestone deposits from the UV filter. If the icon is still showing after the cleaning program has been completed, please contact Orbital Customer support. 

Cleaning program reminder

The shower indicates that it is time to run a cleaning program.

Solution: Activate the cleaning program, remember to use a cleaning tablet. Further instructions can be found in the User Guide.

Clean sensor tank

The Orbital Shower detects that the sensor tank needs to be cleaned.

Solution: Clean the Sensor Tank and Smart Sensor Unit with a non abrasive cleaning agent, further instructions found in the User Guide. Make sure that the water trap is not clogged.
